Domino's Pizza in Jena

Long waiting times, telephone contact difficult. The first time pasta was delivered with the wrong ingredients (bacon instead of the usual beef strips). Promised replacement was NOT delivered. Second attempt just as disaster, ordered online after two hours of waiting the food was still not there. It took a quarter of an hour until someone picked up the phone. No apology or etc.

Very naughty racist staff and the vegetables are frozen, so to speak not fresh In principle it is too expensive. Never go again

Do not order here! We ordered online and after 2.5 hours the food hadn't arrived. We tried to call several times and no one answered the phone. I finally went there in person and they haven't even started preparing my order. The phones rang the entire time and purposely didn't answer. I canceled the order and asked for my money back. They gave me a receipt and an email address to write to to request the refund. The latter is still pending, I'll update this review. Not only will I not order from here again, but I will also actively prevent friends and acquaintances from not doing this! Naively ordered several hours in advance, assuming that you will be able to pick up the order on time. That was the first failure. When we were noticed by the grumpy employee, he apparently noticed that our order was checked. Excuse me? No result ... After we were then ignored by the rest of the staff for half an hour, we actually received our order. When I got home it was of course cold. Once and never again.

Bad customer service, dry pizzas with no specified ingredients. Sorry Dimino's, it works much better everywhere else.

Cheeseburger pizza always delicious. Fastest delivery within Jenas, on average approx. 30 minutes after ordering, everything fresh and warm. Should others take an example from it.

Pizza is not well baked, very lobstery, I ordered a vegan BBQ pizza and the most important ingredient was missing! namely the vegan chicken pieces. Very disappointed, never order again !!

LIVE PIZZA TRACKERR is a great idea: 7:49 p.m. 3x pizza ordered 8:35 p.m. in the oven 8:41 p.m. ready 8:54 p.m. in delivery 9:09 p.m. 3 half-cold and half-raw pizzas have finally arrived. Would be okay if it was the first time. But somehow I seem to learn nothing. For this very pleasant ordering surface and mostly friendly staff.

Pizza not baked properly = lobed and flabby so hardly edible!

Pizza completely crushed and slightly cold! What can I say besides the fact that there has been an increasing amount of this toasted edge lately! Dominos was pretty much the last chain in Jena where you can get good pizza quickly ... but it is always decreasing. And what arrived here today confirms that it was the last time. It is a shame to order from FF and pay 2 euros more Pictures are taken if dominos are interested in it at all!

Everything can be booked online! Finished on time for collection! Great.

The pizzas are delicious! But the collation in relationship delivery is absent! Although I live only 3 km away from the store, delivery is apparently impossible for the staff! A pity, I would order more often. (especially in the evening, if you just want to relax and do not want to leave the house anymore) That's why I only have 2 stars!

I have never sat so badly at Dominos Pizza as in this store. Long wait times and impudent driver, who has me rudely pressed my food in the hand, after which he taught me outrageously. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

If you need a week's holiday from work, you should order here. As if that would not be enough, despite correct order from basic principle, the wrong pizza or topping and if you complain, w you just put off and fooled. The boss is somehow never in the store. No matter when you call. Not recommended unless you own a television on the thunder bar ...
